I did the installation of dbKoda but on the first screen, a dialog box appears informing an error. I did the installation again and it has the same error. I found the log but it does not tell me much. Would you help me ?
Thanks for trying out dbKoda and sorry to hear you've run into this problem!
Could you send us the contents of that second log file "controller_<date>.log", it may contain more clues to help us diagnose your issue!
Michael from dbKoda.
Follows print from the second log, however, the log is empty.
That's tricky, we were expecting some output in the controller when this error message appears! But a blank file doesn't give us many clues.
If you could let us know some of the below information, we might be able to try reproducing the error and diagnosing it;
Mike from dbKoda.
Operating system : Windows 7
Version dbKoda : 1.0.1
Version MongoDB : 4.0
From the logs it looks like dbKoda is unable to assign a port to host the application on your localhost. Do you have any custom networking configuration such as a corporate proxy or custom shell script that binds IP and do you have adminstrator access on your machine?
